Do You Sell My Data?

Nope. We strictly use the information available to us to do our job. We do not sell your personal, or business information.

What If We Issue a Refund?

Our system identifies which refunds were initiated by your restaurant, and which ones weren't. But if you want, you can also send us a quick email with the order number, or submit it through your account and we will double-check to ensure we don't dispute it.

Does Jelly Collect Refund Money?

Absolutely not. Jelly does not collect any funds or process any payments. Once we successfully dispute an unauthorized refund, the Third Party Vendor (Uber Eats, Doordash, etc) will issue that payment directly to you on their regular payment schedule.

Are All Refunds Paid Back?

All disputes for refunds and unpaid canceled orders are evaluated by the 3rd Party Vendors (Doordash, Uber Eats, etc) on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be reversed. Jelly does not guarantee all disputes will be reversed.

When Do I Get Paid For Refunds and Cancelled Orders?

Payments should show up on your next pay statement issued by the Third Party Vendor (Doordash, Uber Eats, etc). Any successfully disputed refunds will be paid directly to you by them.
